Baromax Fitting

Baromax fittings provide a reliable, leak-free solution for connecting pipes in high-pressure systems. Utilising a simple yet effective cone and thread design, they offer a robust metal-to-metal seal that can be reused across pressure ranges up to 10,000 bar. All fittings are available individually or with matching counterparts to suit your setup.

Manufactured from high-strength materials and compliant with DGR 2014/68/EU, these fittings are compatible with a wide range of media, including air, water, and hydraulic oil. Standard sizes include ¼”, ⅜”, and 9⁄16″, with options for both metric and imperial threads.

For systems operating between 2,500 and 4,200 bar, Baromax fittings feature the globally recognised 58° outer cone with a 60° inner cone. For pressures between 7,000 and 10,000 bar, a specialised fitting design is used to ensure safety and performance.
