Baromax Pressure Vessel 1,500 bar, M30x2
Description
High-pressure vessels are designed for the safe storage of fluids under extreme pressure. The stored energy can be precisely released, for example, to provide emergency power, dampen pressure spikes, or compensate for oil losses in hydraulic systems.
Thanks to their robust construction using premium-grade steel, high-pressure vessels offer exceptional durability and require minimal maintenance. They are highly versatile and suitable for use in test benches, energy systems, and specialised industrial applications. Their intelligent design and easy access to all connections also simplify both installation and maintenance within the system.
Features
- Reliable pressure storage up to 3,000 bar
- Versatile applications: damping, emergency supply, energy storage
- Custom-designed and manufactured high-pressure vessels tailored to specific requirements
- Modular expandability, e.g. through integration of a spindle pump for precise pressure control
- Available as reaction vessels (autoclaves) for processes under controlled conditions
- Easy installation thanks to a well-considered design and optimal accessibility to all connections
Manufactured in Germany for maximum process reliability, efficiency, and durability

Application
Baromax high-pressure vessels are specifically developed for use in high-pressure environments and are particularly well-suited to hydroforming processes, where maximum load capacity and precise pressure control are essential.
Functioning as high-pressure accumulators, these vessels provide reliable energy storage in the form of pressure – suitable for both hydraulic and pneumatic systems. They maintain media such as hydraulic oil or compressed air at a consistent pressure and release it in a controlled manner when required.
System protection features include:
- Compensation for pressure fluctuations
- Absorption of load peaks
- Energy buffering to enhance process efficiency
