Description

High-pressure tubing can be supplied with integrated connections and cut to the required installation length. Standard lengths are 6–7 metres, with other options available on request. Minimum lengths are determined by the space needed for connections, with short connections available where reduced sizes are required. Size selection should be based on operating pressure and orifice. To extend service life and improve fatigue resistance, tubing and components can undergo autofrettage, which is especially beneficial under severe or frequent pressure variations and always includes the connections.

Pre-finished pipe spirals can also be manufactured from drawings or samples. It is important to note that high-pressure tubing loses significant strength when exposed to temperatures above 600 °C and must not be bent, welded, or soldered.
